Thanks to Tom Miller and Glen Gerner the running clinic was great.
Tom talked a lot about learning to run smarter not harder.
Many Footbikers are runners first and use Footbiking as a crosstraining tool just as Tom Miller suggests. His clinic gave a lot of good information about running form, about the mechanics of our muscles, about listening to our bodies and our feet, proper breathing and
he gave a lot of tips about running from a mental aspect.
Many of the things he talked about can be applied to Footbike training or any sport really,
I was glad I went. I have a lot to work on.
Keep up the hard work and maybe we can all have the same spunk as Mr. Tom Miller
when we are in our later sixties.
