A little Taste of Insanity

Today we made it to the top!

Brandy and I have been trying to get from my house in West Bountiful to the Bountiful Temple.

This Morning we did it!

You try going up 4th North.

We made it up and back in 1 hour 8 minutes.

It's a beautiful day.

10- It's new, it's hip, it looks cool, it looks fun. You've gotta try it.
9- You need some fresh air, some freedom, some adrenaline.
8- Anyone can do it. It's easy, it's comfortable, it feels good.
7- It's a killer work out! It works your butt and you can feel it. We call that "instant gratification"
6- You burn more calories faster which can make it a quick workout when you are short on time.
5- Family friendly. You don't have to go all out, take it easy on a ride around the block with the family while you build relationships.
4- Ride it anywhere. Save on gas. ride to work, to the store, to the trail. A great way to get around under your own power.
3- You can take it with you everywhere. On vacation, cruise the campground, see nature or a new city at your pace.
2- It's easy on your Knees, easy on your back. You can get out an move without the pain and impact on your joints.
