This week the weather in Utah is suppose to be beautiful. Plan on high's in the sixties and lots of sun. Perfect weather to get out and kick. And even though the mornings are still chilly, just put on some long clothes and an extra layer and your good. I really don't like it when we deal with the time change it messes up my kids schedule and the evenings are so dark, but I decide that I do love to have more light in the morning and I like to be outside so much better than working out in the basement.Monday, November 2, 2009
Don't hang up your Footbikes for the winter yet

I really don't like it when we deal with the time change it messes up my kids schedule and the evenings are so dark, but I decide that I do love to have more light in the morning and I like to be outside so much better than working out in the basement.
